MY STORY
I'm Rachel, a mom of two, a runner, and an avid reader who's always had a love for capturing moments through my lens. Originally from a small town in Utah, I now call California my home -- a place that fuels my creativity and sense of adventure.
What started as a simple hobby quickly grew into a passion and then a career. Photography lets me combine my love of storytelling with the everyday beauty I find in life, family, and love. When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me chasing after my kids, hitting the road for a run, or spending time with my sweet husband.
For me, photography is about more than pictures -- it's about preserving feelings, memories, and the little moments that make life extraordinary.
Travel has played a huge role in shaping who I am — both personally and creatively. I’ve spent a month exploring Europe, wandered every corner of Southern Utah, visited over ten national parks, with plans for MANY more, and found myself in places as breathtaking as the beaches of Hawaii and the quiet calm of the mountains.
Each trip has left me with more than just memories — they’ve changed how I see light, connection, and the beauty in everyday moments. I’ve learned to find inspiration in new landscapes, unfamiliar cultures, and even the in-between pauses of travel days. Whether I’m on the road or at home, that spirit of curiosity and wonder continues to guide me — in life, in motherhood, and in my work.
